Day 3

Feeling a bit better.  Managed to take the dogs for a walk.  Felt tired on the walk though and had to stop and take a drink.  It was after only one meal so that might have had something to do with it.

Finding the drinks a little too sweet.  So I experimented...

200mls of water, orange and pineapple drink and shake.  Top up with fizzy water.  Bit like Fanta!

I also managed to find rhubarb today.  This is KEY to the diet.  All I will say is it helps with the bowel movements...

To help make the rhubarb a little more palatable I added the froth from the drink.  It came out tasting actually quite nice.

Hardest part, for me,  is taking the supplements.
